The Yoga Lounge is a fabulous new studio that has opened in Clarinbridge. I look forward to going there every week. I have been going to Suzie for a long time she is an amazing teacher and has helped me in so many ways with back problems.

I’ve been doing Suzie’s classes for a couple of years now. Suzie is an excellent teacher who caters for everyone in her class. She has a wonderful style to her teaching along with extensive knowledge. The new Yoga Lounge in Clarinbridge is not only tranquil but so well equipped with everything needed for yoga and props for adjustments when needed.

I go to Tracy Valentine’s class and she give’s brilliant individual attention and focus to everyone’s needs. Tracy is patient and kind and such a wonderful teacher. I could see and feel the difference in my core after just a couple of sessions. It has to be the fastest hour., the time flies. I love it.

I love yin yoga with Gabrielle on a Wednesday evening. It’s an excellent stress reliever mid week and I feel so relaxed afterwards. The stretches are only as difficult as you want them to be so suitable for anyone. I’m not good at yoga but I thoroughly enjoy this class !!
